Project Overview

MAHA is Malaysia's largest agriculture, horticulture, and agrotourism exhibition, bringing together government agencies, industry leaders, businesses, farmers, and innovators to showcase the latest developments in the agricultural sector.

As part of this national-scale proposal, See.d participated in developing a comprehensive event concept, contributing to the overall event tender proposal, exhibitor space planning, event marketing strategy, event design, and 3D visualisation, including an animated video presentation.

Our role focused on helping the client create a strategic event experience that balanced visitor flow, exhibitor engagement, brand visibility, and operational efficiency for their tender submit.

Our Approach

Rather than focusing solely on the layout, we approached the project from a strategic perspective. We studied visitor movement, exhibitor placement, brand visibility, and operational requirements to develop an event concept that was functional, engaging, and commercially effective.
Every element—from space planning to presentation materials—was designed to communicate a clear event vision while supporting smooth operations and a positive visitor experience.
